Are you aware that the shareholders were fighting the Donald in court over the Casino bankruptcy last year? That he purposely delisted the stock prior to bankruptcy for his own gain even though the parent company had significant equity from free and clear valuable piece of oceanfront land in Atlantic City and one subsidiary company 'THC' that generated significant cash flow? That he attempted to steal the equity of 'THC' and the oceanfront land all of which had tons of equity and weren't cross collateralized against another subsidiary company 'TAC' that was the one in a cash flow crunch and had zero equity? That is just one case of his 'Sopranos' like bullying tactics he has used over the years.. Anyone but Trump would be serving time by now IMHO.. I'm sure his pull with GE, Apprentice as a top rated show and his sister being a ranking judge in NJ helped..
