You talk about gloating and drooling over the idea of Muslims being killed. Do you remember the glee in many Muslim countries when the twin towers happened? Muslims danced with glee at the deaths of 3000 people. In one country Muslims for no apparent reason destroyed world treasures, Huge Statues of Buddha centuries old, simply because they could, if Muslims have no respect for other religions, why should anyone respect Muslims? Muslims killed Australians and Englishmen and Spaniards and Israelis and Americans and Canadians and worst of all other Muslims all in the last few years, and often for no obvious reason but Muslims hate Israel.

And now you accuse us of gloating and drooling over the deaths of Muslims, how can we not. How can we not become tired as we see that even here, where Muslims have been well treated and have a great deal of freedom, they are plotting to kill perfect strangers. Not just strangers, but strangers who are us. Do you really think that if Muslims start killing people in North America the people will say, oh we have to figure out who are the good Muslims and who are the bad Muslims. Or do you think that like Muslims we will just start killing? When the killings start people think it is an aberration. When it is their children, it becomes personal.

Bravo! Well said!

The person who thinks that if Iran ever manufactures a nuke, Iran is the one that will have to pay heavily for it is out of whack with reality.

To be sure, those who attack Iran will not get away with it scot-free! It is most remarkable that while the US and Israel realize the rather sobering consequences, the person who said, "There will be hell to pay...." does not.

Not surprising as he is a fanatic Muslim-hater and is the habit of calling anyone by any name in the book if he/she writes anything critical (even remotely so)of Bush or the US.

I recall that folks like him were confident that Israel would deal Hizbollah a crushing defeat soon after the fighting started. But that did not happen. Instead, while Hizbollah could not be said to have won, Israel was severely embarrassed and humiliated and its citizens were scared shitless of Hizbollah missiles! For all I know, a similar history may well repeat itself if some busybodies and trouble-makers were to attack Iran!

Hell to pay for the victim only? Oh really? No dire consequences for the attackers, huh?

However, it is entirely possible Bush will nuke Iran just before his term runs out and not because Iran is going to manufacture a nuke. (After all, Iran is still several years away from achieving nuclear capability). Why? To save face after having failed in Afghanistan and miserably so in Iraq and, if I may say so, in Lebanon as well, even though the US was not directly involved in the fighting there. You see, Bush will likely do it because no president likes to be the first president in US history to lose a war.

Recall that the Vietnam War lasted as long as it did (1961 -1974) because neither Johnson nor Nixon wanted to be the first US president to lose a war. Yet, at the end of the day, the US was obliged to negotiate for an "honorable" withdrawal.

The US has used nukes twice before even when it was not necessary to use them. If it uses a nuke again, I believe there will be some entities that will have no compunction in using nukes on the USA sooner or later!!! As Israel is a close ally of the US, they will likely use it on Israel too, and so there will be mutual assured destruction! MAD!

Just my most humble thoughts only.

Muslims and Arabs seem to do a great job of demonizing themeselves.
