I didn't see anyone claiming otherwise. "Your inferring to intermix a 2000 QQQQ position with a similar, yet different, RYOCX 2003 position and call then call them exactly the same in 2006, is the stuff Will and Honey will haunt you with for a long long time, just like they have done for Bob." I didn't see anyone making any such claim.
