This is just a pitch for support from the Bush voters on the left side on the bell curve of the normal distribution of intelligence. They too, feel victimized by "elites", outsmarted by the "clever". Rumsfeld is one of THEM! As is Bush himself.. Why this isn't an argument to replace him with a smarter man is beyond me.
