What part of equally guilty do you not understand? He said Saddam was an ally of Al Qaeda, therefore complicit therefore equally guilty He said all this in a few back to back paragraphs. Therefore he blamed Saddam for 9-11 as much or equally as anyone else. In fact he might even be the most guilty for 9-11 given the "equally guilty" response that Bush directed at him. So either Bush lied then, or he lied later when he said Saddam was not involved. You can't have it both ways. Either way...Bush is a liar.
