Earlier this week a 150 m tunnel was uncovered leading from inside the Gaza Strip to the Karni goods crossing into Israel primed for a Palestinian terrorist attack - whether on the oft-bombed the border terminal or a cross-border raid like the Hamas assault in which Gilead Shalit was kidnapped on June 25. Palestinian terrorists consistently target the Gaza-Israeli border crossings even though they are Gaza's lifeline for essential supplies. Well perhaps an announcement that any crossing targeted would be closed for 1 year might prove of significant benefit. If they want to play the game let them eat their bombs...... Or when a tunnel is found, fill it full of mines and cluster bomblets. Then let the terrorist try their stunt.
