But what I am saying is that before you can present a plan, you have to have the answers. Things like the disarmament of the palestinians and Israelis will become hugely important. Any idea is a possibility, but in order to be a reality, the hard questions have to be addressed. For me the first step is to declare some for of truce and to begin to improve the lives of the Palestinians. If both regions became equal, then joining them will be easy. If one is still desperately impoverished, and the other rich, there is no hope to control the joining.
