Neither the American situation with Mexican immigrants nor South Africa's situation (either before or after apartheid) closely resembles the relationship and conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians.

So could you delineate the differences, and more importantly, delineate when ethnic states are the best solution, given these differences?

Gee. You have to have your peas and carrots not touching each other on a plate before you can eat right?

You need to think in larger terms of human relationships instead of being stuck in the weeds because the pieces aren't exactly aligned.
