Yes it sounds like the bond bubble is the bubble of last resort to keep the ponzi scheme going. To me it is the biggest risk of all so you would think there would be more concern in DC to put our fiscal house in order to try to at least minimize the damage when things blow up. I wonder what the masters of the old Clinton/Gingrich/Rubin regime think when they see how things got so messed up so fast since they all left?
