The comparison is Bushies and Nazis both want rightwing military-industrial one-party rule, scapegoating minorities, invading countries which didn't attack us, world domination, nmo free press, no fair elections and half of them are closet queens who demonize those who are openly homosexual. Also, though Hitler was in the army, he was no fighting man. He was a chickenhawk just like the Bushies all are. there is no comparison between Hitler and Saddam or Osama. Though Saddam amdired Hitler (and Reagan) he was a twit with no air force or navy. He was only able to beat up on his own people. And Osama is a nation-less religious extremist. Hitler was n ot religious at all. Fascists never are. Fascists want to be gods themselves. And how many Bush supports have told us God sent Bush to be our ruler. Yep, Bushies are closet Nazis.

Laz...the last part of your post talks about possible solutions and I think I agree with your general conclusions. Kurdish groups are setting up headquarters in N. Iraq and that's really ticking off the Turks. I think we need to crack down on that to at least ensure the stability of THAT part of the country. Partitioning the country might be best, but there are at least 3 million Shia in the Baghdad area and that Al Sadr guy ain't gonna go for any easy solutions. That guy ran like heck when the U.S. was looking for him and I don't see him popping his head up any more than he has to. I've always thought they should have taken Al Sadr out from the beginning along with his top guys. They've let him build up this political power base to go along with his thuggish militia guys. I think they should STILL take him out and blame it on the Sunnis or whomever.

George "Macaca" Allen Says Navy Cross Winner / Reagan Navy Secretary Not Tough On National Defense Apparently frat boy Allen who never served his country knows how to be tough on terrorists. Invade the wrong country and quagmire our entire military there, inviting in terrorists to shoot our troops in ther back and booby-trap them. James Webb meanwhile won the Navy Cross.
