Gary a good friend of mine was a high tech buyer and advisor for the gov during Clinton's time. He would sit at the table with foreign gov reps and Clinton's reps. They would tell him after their meetings , we won't deal with the US again until Clinton is out of office, he just demanded money from them. The stories he has told me would make your head spin. And the gov reps are BIG name Democrats, they were all in on it.
