Agreed, on all counts. However, I cannot relate to you concerning your having to pay, even in part, for the survey. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I can even relate to the concept of the survey. I grant you that it would be a novel and welcome experience. Imagine, either the NY State PSC or the FCC having a survey conducted in order to actually discover what my preferences might be? Heck, that almost sounds like a gesture that might be born from democracy!
