How many of your friends thought RR was crazy when he called the USSR an evil empire and told Gorbachev to tear down that wall?

There was a great deal of hand wringing and teeth gnashing in NYC, especially at ABC, NBC, CBS and your NYT. All the expert analysts from the liberal side just knew this would start a world war.

Gosh! America showed strength and conviction and the wall came down.

And no one turned up red or dead.
