I can't argue with that. But that's all the more reason for it to reflect our priorities, doncha think? Surely our priorities aren't such that this guy is amongst the baddest of the bad. Those sure aren't my priorities. I think that people who kill people, particularly multiple people with no rational motive, and who are likely to kill again are the baddest. That's not to say this guy isn't bad, just not the baddest. Sexual abuse is bad but, even if a sexual abuser belongs among the top ten, there are lots of sexual abusers out there who are more vicious and perverted than this guy. There are sexual abusers who mutilate and torture unmercifully. Surely that is badder.
