Iran only has to make the intention of a strike. Israel already has its missiles trained on the targets of choice. She will strike. The only question is when Depending on the state of Israeli anti-missile technology, they may allow Iran to fire first, and try to stop the missile before it gets to Israeli airspace preferably over some other Arab landmass rather than water. Then I suspect all bets are off and they will fire on Tehran....
