I have no reason to doubt that MMGG will get a senior listing; I don't bash !. I just point out that it is not a fait accompli and the stock is still a BB stock.

Wouldn't worry about the OTC exposure.

Actually, it will help liquidity, trading in the states.

The formal exchange rules will prescribe the conduct of the company.

As long as they are complying with TSE, the OTC listing is just a bonus.
