Elmat.The best investment in the world I believe is Brasilian Real Estate.Interest rates in the US will go down to keep housing from falling too far.If there is need to control inflation the Fed can reduce permanent injections and drop interest rates and still semi-fight inflation(which is all they want to do)Anyhow Brasil needs to drop rates to get the domestic demand engine to take over from a slowing world.Not only does Brasil Real Estate go back to fare value but it goes to bubble values in about 5 years.Then Elmat and Klaser drink chopp on the beaches of Brasil with a smile as big as TobagoJacks
