But BOD meetings normally aren't announced in public, right? Only inside info as far as I know. Good point. As far as I know routine BOD meetings might be made public by the company if someone asked, but non-routine meeting are probably private info (depending on the reason for the meeting). But with > 25% of the float short I wouldn't put much faith in any rumor on the Yahoo board. Whattaya think - good news tonight, or not? I'm tempted to buy some Sep calls to play the quarter, but for some reason I just got a bad feeling about this one....
