I suspect that's just one of the reasons the SEC is conducting an informal inquiry.

I wonder how that's proceeding? I haven't seen any related press releases from PLNI.

Turek not only was very wrong, he mislead investors into thinking that operations were profitable.

James Turek was very aware that he was misleading investors
through fraudulent stock selling practices by deceit..

Thats why the Price is now at .0017 with 25 million shares traded today!

The investing public is paying Turek back for this practice?

Its called FRAUD!
