Would be very surprised if SST shares are restricted as they have been trading on the market for weeks.

Hi NFLD!

I was not aware of any trading restrictions, and in fact I know of several people that have already sold their SST. I am just holding mine. If your account is based in the US, they may regard the spinnoff as a new placement and subject it to the hold terms. Sorry I do not have an explanation for you, and your comments make sense to me.

cheers!

< I have found myself with from CS are presently restricted. Does this sound right ? If so it is perhaps another reason why the market does not like these split offs >

There is probably at least one more reaso: I'm USA resident. I have never ever seen (got) any Silverstone stocks or promised warrants. I was told (IB) I can't get them, but I will get some other compensation. Never got anything. :( Can you blame people for beeing upset and dumping CS.TO? Well I'm keeping mine and expecting some gains from them, but many may just 'have it'.

One thing I know for sure. When I will hear again that one of my stock is doing spin-off like CS.TO did, I will sell them in a heart bit. Once being cheated is enough....
