I take the points.

There is another very important piece to this and that is the issue of the Jury Foreman/Woman/Person.

My personal experience has included instances where the foreman tried to railroad a decision. Some jurors are prone to follow that someone who seems to know something about a given topic. Not all bad, but can lead to less than critical thinking.
