That’s where articles by a score of other writers, scholars and pundits, who not long ago were understood to be classic liberals, had to go to get a sane hearing: Hitchens, Bernard Lewis, Michael Oren, William Shawcross. Such is the state of the debate and of the language. Get used to it!
