Now it is time for the Muslim Leaders to phone George Bush and ask for help.

Prior to the Iraq war, some, such as Saudi Arabia did in fact try. Bush didn't want to talk about Israel/Pal at the time if you recall. This remains an issue between Bush & Blair if you care to look into the matter.
