You should ask the NRA & gun lobby in the USA if they like the drift of your reasoning here. If I sell a gun & someone kills someone with it, am I responsible? What about if I make a gun and sell it...?


I think anyone who fails to legally sell a gun should be responsible, I think if you use a gun to commit a crime you should be charged for the offense and for using a gun. I think if you sell a gun to someone not supposed to have it you should be liable. I think if you sell a gun, and you fail in any way to complete every piece of paper and ever rule properly you should be liable. I think selling guns should be a hugely risky business.
