put a waiting period on it. I believe buying or selling a gun is a serious business. I believe that if you have 4 pieces of identification and are willing to have it scanned into a computer along with the serial number and make and model of the gun it is fine. I believe every gun should be fired in manufacture and every gun should have specimen bullets kept in storage at the expense of the manufacturer. The name of the dealer who got the gun should be in the same file.
