I am always anyway updating the parameter estimates as new data comes in. They don't change much. They were probably different a few years back but the current estimates don't work so bad on the 1997 data but you can see the difference. So the market changes but not that much in two months :)

September is on average a down month. But so is August and NDX was up 4.8%.
