Quiz: who is the author of this post?

(Don't peek now)

ok
Water IS subtitled- but it's really good. The story centers on an 8 year old girl, who has just been widowed. It's set in India in 1938, and Gandhi, and the political changes of the time, enter in to the story. This is a very beautiful movie, and it is also a sad movie. But it's well worth seeing. I won't forget it any time soon.

And if you must vote for Christians for public office, you've effectively established a religious test for public office which violates ANOTHER clause of the Constitution.

If there is a law that says you must vote for Christians sure.

But if you decide to only vote for Christians, or even if an organized block of voters decides to only vote for Christians the constitution is not violated. Note I'm not calling for or supporting any such decision, I'm just saying that the constitution doesn't control who you can vote for. Well there are certain requirements, for example a presidential candidate has to be at least 35 and has to be a natural citizen not an immigrant, but the constitution doesn't contain and any kind of affirmative action, or non-discrimination clause for voters.
