No, Broadcom is suing Qualcomm for patent infringment in several different venues but the most important one is the case before the ITC. It was supposed to get a ruling a few weeks ago before the target date was extended.

I'm hoping that the dismissal of the anti-trust case will increase the chances for a settlement with Broadcom. Honestly, it really wouldnt effect Qualcomm much at all if the two companies signed a royalty-free cross-license.
