The Desperation of Dubya. Now he's going to have to rely on:

- October surprises, or maybe even September surprises bringing the gift of stupidity and fear to the American public yet again
- Cheating

More than anything else, the world sees the stupid 1/3rd of the US for what it is....really stupid.

Watch Bush and his cronies raise the security level from yellow to orange to red back to orange back up to red back to orange back to yellow etc. etc. etc. and this will happen just before the election. What was their excuse last time? "Chatter" "noise" "don't go on bridges" etc. They are a bunch of fear mongers.
