Um, if it really was only about "stockpiles" of WMD's & nothing else, then how do you explain the Authorization for the Use of Force passed by Congress? This Joint Resolution also mentions all the legitimate reasons for removing Saddam that Bush laid out in making his case to the American Public

I don't care if Congress stood on their heads and burped out the Star Spangled Banner........their declarations are meaningless because Bush and the GOP own them. The issue that was repeated over and over again was that Saddam had WMDs. Bush came up with that phony document about Saddam buying 'yellow cake' uranium in his State of the Union. Then Powell went to the UN and show them all these pretty satellite photos of trailers that were supposed to be biochemical labs on wheels. Then he went on to make the case that Saddam had an array of WMDs and that we needed to take him out. All the rest on your list is nonsense that the Bushies came up with AFTER they could not find WMDs.
