To this layman it means that all get offered the same deal and you can not discriminate against Hagfish, socialists or communists. So when you offer communists a different deal, you quickly have offer that options to capitalists as well. (see Unicom) What is the meaning of reasonable? To this layman it means that you can't make someone stand on their head and whistle "We are marching to Pretoria" wearing leiderhosen and banana pudding in order to sign the deal. How do you view it?
