I don't know, the HB's don't seem go go any lower no matter what kind of bad news is heaped on them. It seems the equities market is now immune to any bad news. I highly doubt there will be any surprise good news, it'll probably keep getting worse.

I have no evidence of it. However, I have a few clients that worked on Wall St. and are no longer engaged therein. The stories they have told me were worse than I suspected. My own personal dealings with the SEC lead me to believe it is a complete joke, much like NAR.
