Manalagi, the importance of this ruling was, in part, that no jury will ever hear the case, essentially unless the Judge`s decision is overturned on appeal.She found that even if one assumes that all of Broadcom`s allegations were true, there is no case, as a matter of law.

stop....it's over. There will never be a jury trial, at least not on the complaint that Broadcom filed, unless of course Broadcom appeals the dismissal of the complaint and wins, an unikely event, in my view.
