In reading the header it seems that we can only sell on the end of month, need to check with the board monitors on that.

The other rule is max 50% in any one security, so yes you can roll into an existing position as long as it doesn't exceed the 50% rule.

Say you sell a stock mid month......it was 10% of your portfolio.....can you throw that ten percent into another existing stock in your portfolio? TIA.

You can sell any day that you want as long as you get your order in before market close, but you can only buy on the set trade dates (usually the last Friday of the month). So if you sell mid-month you gotta sit in cash with the proceeds until the end of the month. Not bad if you're bearish.
