Targeting civilians is a war crime. So is putting civilians in a gas chamber or torturing them.

So is using Civilians for cover in a war. Or a UN outpost..... So where do you want to start, with the people who caused the war? Or the people who took it back to them.

So, are you saying that Hizbullah, by DELIBERATELY TARGETING Israeli civilians with their Katyushas are guilty of war crimes?
