sgm.v - their website says they're permitted for 1000t/day since 1998, and have a water discharge permit as well ... then in their sedars [there is a fresh md&a from the other day] they talk about permitting in more detail .... yes that was one of the first thoughts in my mind, fruit 'n nut country, look out, but they seem to address it upfront and have it in hand, plus it is an historic mining district, on their claims there were mines up till 1920 or something
