Yeah but from a overview it seems the more I hear the more the states are trying to take power from the Feds... do you disagree or did you miss my point?

Ted, one of the local radio stations brought up a good point.

When it comes to air pollution, California is going to take matters into its own hands.

But when it comes to illegal immigration, California says, "Nope! That's the job of the federal government!"
