I would agree with that. Under Bush, most domestic issues have suffered from both adverse and benign neglect except in those rare instances where the administration actually does something and then its usually something confrontive and not in the best interest of the affected state.

Normally, such a trend would bother me but because it involves the Bush administration, its probably a good thing.
