I'm not going to give you a link 86 pages and say "here's the data, see I'm right", but when I do give the data (and I have) and that is the source of the data, then you have both. If you don't trust the data you can find it. If you do trust it well now you know its source. I suppose your asking for pages numbers. I didn't extract the data from there so I don't have the page numbers, and if I did I would be giving you probably 10 different pages anyway so there would still be a lot to look through.
