Bush-Cheney now using LBJ's old "domino theory" big lie. If you were around in the mid 60's, you remember LBJ and then Nixon and all other pro-war forces insisting that if we didn't stop communism in Vietnam, it would spread all over and eventually hit us right in Topeka Kansas. Now Bush and CEheney are saying ther exact same thing about Iraq, a dangerous situation they created I might add. They now insist that if we don't stop "the enemy" (though it's unclear which enemy they are talking about since Iraq is mainly in a civil war) in Iraq they will end up in the US after taking Saudi Arabia and Pakistan's nukes. Bush-Cheney should study history better. After we finally pulled out of Vietnam 7 years too late Vietnam was never a threat to us ever again. In fact the first thing they did was go to war against communist China and kick all the Soviets out. Now they are a relatively friendly trading partner of the west. Lesson being, we all want a stable Iraq, but Bush-Cheney are creating more and more instability. They are the problem, not the solution.
