Of course not. If Israel took the war crimes charge to the International Court, they open themselves to being charge with war crimes. If Lebanon took Israel to the International Court for War Crimes, then Israel would do the same to them.

They hit a military ship in the Med and fired rockets at IDF positions in Southern Lebanon.

Why did Hizbollah fire Missiles from locations near peoples homes?

According to the Israelis. That PR justifies attacking civilian areas. Even if true, the argument is a red herring. You think Hezbollah would sit around and wait for IDF fighters and Apache helicopters after they fire Katushas? They launch the rockets, toss the launchers in a pickup truck and they're out of there before the IDF ever makes it to the site. There would be no one left but civilians when the IDF makes a hit.
