Additionally, world-wide advances in laboratory technology mean that it will not be long before any country could theoretically develop an ethnic weapon arsenal. We should be so lucky. In a few decades the technology will be a high school science project. I read a story a year ago or so where scientists created a known virus from raw DNA building blocks. Chemical and Nuclear weapons will be nothing compared to the deaths by designer bio-weapons. Maybe we should start first by getting rid of everyone except those that have M343 marker. jttmab P.S.
