Let's go back to the original post:

It seems to say that Frist lied on his license renewal form and got caught!


The original article at the time I read it did not say who filed Frist's form. "It seems to say..." is not an assertion, but simply an interpretation.

However, your comment about the Dept. of Health saying "this mistake was not all that uncommon due to the recent changes" was fabricated by you. Keep looking for the reference - you won't find it.
