Tuck, I shouldn't have just mentioned the one biotech oriented realty firm, as there are others as you mention.

Another area to look at for the near term is the real estate brokerage firms..most are owned by conglomerates, but IMO the slow down in the real estate market and the sacred cow of 6% brokerage fees for buying and selling a house are soon to be eroded. The internet is good for one thing...reducing 6% real estate fees that have been dictated by the multi-list restrictions.
