Bush's illegal wiretapping probably hasn't caught a single terrorist. Since we know we can't trust Bush-Cheney, the fear is that they re using it for personal political gain which means they are trying to be quasi dictators. And sure it's un-Constitutional. Don't worry, it will get stopped. No reason FISA warrants can't be gotten first. Really not much of a hassle at all. And congress also needs to be kept in thye loop so they can overseee the program and make sure it's not abused.
