To be sure, those Islamics are horrible rabid monsters that must be wiped off the face of the earth, don't you think? While there is truth in the article, I believe the truth is subtly blended with exaggeration and deception --- the veritable stuff of propaganda against an enemy. In war, truth is the first casualty. More often than not, falsehoods and truths are blended and foisted on an unsuspecting public as the pure and unadulterated truth!!! In this particular case, the motive is to inculcate aversion/repugnance/revulsion and fear of the enemy. By the way, from 1949 to 1966, China was relentlessly vilified as the "Yellow Peril" and "Red Menace" by the western world and it was subjected to constant nuclear threats by the US. However, soon after China succeeded in exploding its first atom bomb and hydrogen bomb in 1966 and 1968, respectively, the attitude of the western world in general and that of the US in particular virtually changed overnight, and China ceased to be regarded as the Yellow Peril and the Red Menace!!! And, of all people, Nixon became the first American and president to go to China to kiss ass for the sake of establishing detente and rapprochement. I am drawing attention to this piece of history to show how adverse attitudes could change dramatically overnight towards a perceived enemy. Hopefully, ditto towards the Muslims. Please note that before the Zionists and AIPAC (American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee) succeeded in influencing the US administrations, there was hardly any propaganda against the Muslims. Ever since Israel & AIPAC succeeded in convincing the US that their objectives are identical, we have been seeing a niagara of terrifying propaganda let loose against the Muslims. I am not denying there is no truth at all in the propaganda foisted on us all. But there is also quite a lot of exaggeration and deception, to be sure. A couple of days ago, Bush and his neocons insulted the intelligence of Americans by telling them that they are facing grave danger from the "Islamo-Fascists". What a crock! As if Americans and others are so weak as to roll over or go belly-up and be conquered by those rabid Muslims in a jiffy. Needless to say, self-important Bush supporters (or useful idiots) compulsively and/or dutifully repeat Bush's web of lies, half-truths and exaggerations as if there is no tomorrow! This is so very evident, isn't it? LOL! .
