I agree 100% with you.

When N. Korea started "acting up" soon after the US became engaged in a war in Iraq, Rumsfeld said the US could also go to war against North Korea! At that time I couldn't help thinking that Rumsfeld was a wacko! Seeing how badly American forces are performing in Iraq, I am sure a simultaneous venture in N. Korea would spell certain disaster for US forces.

As if he has not been too much of a busybody already, Rumsfeld forged military alliances with countries surrounding China, and he, on several occasions drew the world's attention to China's sizeable expenditure for military hardware and declared that China should not be spending so much because China was not threatened. What a laugh!

Eventually, China told the US to "shut up" citing that the US military budget was half the world's total military budget and that China's population was about 5 times that of the US. (That is, on a per capita basis, China is spending far less for military armaments).

I believe Rumsfeld's motivation is to demonize China, prepartory to a confrontation with China in the foreseeable future after the current war against the Muslims is over. All this for the realization of the grandiose scheme for a New World Order and a New American Century!

Rumsfeld should have been committed to a nuthouse.
