hey Atin, how are you? we debated this issue long ago for several days - I think you finally put me on your ignore list <G> anyway, everyone adjusts for the dividend - even using Yahoo for backfill in QT it gets adjusted - stockcharts fooled me this time around because it took them 2 days to adjust the chart you'd think there would be somewhere I could go and get the actual chart! EDIT _ I just checked BigCharts and they do not adjust the chart for the dividend [compare K on bigchart and stockcharts]- it still shows the flag that was building on the ex-div date - just what I wanted. I will try BigCharts for historical backfill in QT good to see you around again' Bob
