There didn't seem to be a serious interest by the chimpanzees to capture him.

If Bin Laden had been caught there might have been pressure to declare the war on terror accompished, and they hadn't seized the oil fields yet.

What has this administration achieved in the past 6 years? Answer: Injecting fear to the population so that the war on terror can go on indefinitely.
