Poker, I wasn't insinuating that you had any sinister motive behind your question :) I don't feel they would pay for the lumber mill with shares because they have been so adamant about NO DILUTION and if that were the case, when they file, if we find out they have mislead us, it would blow their entire PR campaign and do much damage to their credibility which they have tried tirelessly to uphold. IT is part of the process of building trust. I could be wrong, but I don't think they would spring that on us, unless there is counter-measured activities that mitigate that resulting in a marked appreciation in PPS. They seem to be on a mission of instilling maximum investor trust as to be transparent and achieve up-listing.
